Fill your basket
Every product counts: syringes, sealed vials, the storage case, sharps bins and swabs. The quickest route is adding the things you use alongside them.
-
Cross the £50 and £100 lines
The basket shows a progress bar with both marks and how much is left to go. Any discount comes off first, then your items total is measured against each line.
-
Your reward goes in the box
Standard delivery drops to £0 and the 9-slot case is added to your order as a free line. Nothing to claim, no code to remember.
Pick your packs, watch the total
Choose a pack size and add it to your kit. The panel keeps a running total alongside what is already in your basket, and adds everything in one go.

Questions about the reward
Which products count?
Everything in the shop: syringes, sealed vials, the storage case, sharps bins and swabs all count the same way. Delivery charges are not items, so they do not count.
Do I have to add the free case myself?
No. Once your basket passes £100 the Compact 9-Slot Vial Storage Case is added automatically as a free line, and it is removed again if the basket drops below £100. Free Standard delivery is applied at checkout once your items pass £50. There is no code and nothing to claim.
How many free cases can I get?
One per qualifying order, while stocks last. If you would like more than one, the case is also sold on its own in Vials & storage for £14.99.
Does subscribe & save count?
Yes. Subscribed lines are 5% cheaper on every delivery, and both the £50 and £100 lines are measured on your items after that saving. Subscribing on its own does not make delivery free; passing £50 does that.
