Where we deliver

The UK (including Northern Ireland), Ireland and selected European destinations, all with DPD tracking. We don't currently ship outside Europe.

If a parcel is lost or damaged

Email us with your order number and photos of any damage. We chase the courier for you and re-send your order, rather than leaving you to wait on a courier claim.

Tracked and discreet

You get a DPD tracking link when your parcel leaves and a one-hour delivery window on the day. Outer packaging is plain, with nothing on the box to say what is inside.

Returns & faulty items

Sterile consumables can only be resold while their seals are intact, so our returns policy comes down to one question: is the pack still sealed? Check the size, gauge and pack count before you open anything, and tell us about any problem as soon as you spot it.

Unopened & sealed · 14 days

Changed your mind? Send any unopened item back within 14 days of delivery, with its seals and packaging intact, and we refund it in full once it reaches us.

Once a seal is broken

A syringe, needle, vial or swab whose sterile or hygiene seal has been opened can't be returned, even if it hasn't been used, because it can no longer be sold as sterile.

Faulty or wrong · 30 days

Damaged in transit, a defect, or not what you ordered? Tell us within 30 days of delivery and we replace or refund it, and we cover the return postage.

Ways to pay

Pay however suits you at checkout. All prices are in pounds sterling, your card is charged when the order is placed, and a receipt is emailed straight away. Card details go directly to our payment provider; we never see or store your card number.

  • Debit & credit cards

Visa, Mastercard and American Express, including prepaid cards.

  • Apple Pay

One tap on iPhone, iPad and Mac when you check out in Safari.

  • Google Pay

On Android and in Chrome, using the cards saved to your Google account.

  • Shop Pay

Keeps your details securely so you can check out in a tap next time.

  • Klarna — pay in 3

Split the total into three interest-free payments, 30 days apart, subject to Klarna's eligibility check. No fees when you pay on time.

Product safety & disposal

Single use, CE marked. Every syringe, needle, vial and swab we sell is a CE-marked, sterile consumable supplied individually sealed and intended for one use only. Never re-use or share them. If a seal is damaged or a pack arrives open, don't use it: tell us and we replace it.

Sharps go in a sharps bin. Used needles and syringes must go straight into a sharps bin, never into household rubbish or recycling. Close the lid temporarily between uses and lock it permanently once the contents reach the fill line. Full bins are collected by, or can be handed in through, your local council's clinical-waste service or a pharmacy take-back scheme; your council website or pharmacist will confirm which applies where you live.

A supplies shop, not a clinic. We're happy to help you choose the right size, gauge or pack, but we don't give medical, dosing or injection advice, and our team won't answer questions of that kind. For anything about how a product should be used for you, speak to a pharmacist, nurse or GP.

Frequently asked

How do the rewards work?

Two lines, no codes. Spend £50 or more on products and Standard delivery becomes free at checkout (saving £5.99). Spend £100 or more and a Compact 9-Slot Vial Storage Case worth £14.99 is added to your order for nothing. The basket shows how far you are from each.

What should I order alongside syringes?

Most customers add the things they use with every injection: Alcotip swabs to clean the skin, a sharps bin for the used needles and syringes, and spare sealed vials with a case to keep them in. Each item counts towards free delivery at £50 and the free case at £100, and the basket page suggests them as you go.

What is Subscribe & save?

Choose Subscribe & save on any product page and we send it again on the schedule you pick, with 5% off that line every time. Skip, pause or cancel from your account whenever you like. A subscription order earns the delivery and case rewards like any other order.

What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?

Email support@mediverified.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We chase DPD on your behalf and re-send your order, so you are not left waiting on a courier claim. UK and Irish parcels usually arrive one to two working days after dispatch; if yours has not turned up a few days after the tracking says it should, let us know.

Can I return something I no longer need?

Yes, if it is unopened. Send any sealed item back within 14 days of delivery, with its packaging intact, and we refund it in full once it reaches us. Faulty or wrong items are replaced or refunded if you tell us within 30 days. To start a return, email support@mediverified.com with your order number.

Can I return a pack I've opened?

No. Once a sterile or hygiene seal is broken we can't take an item back, even if it hasn't been used, because it can no longer be sold as sterile. Check the size, gauge and pack count before you open anything.

How do I dispose of used syringes and needles?

Put them straight into a sharps bin, never into household rubbish or recycling. When the contents reach the fill line, lock the lid permanently. Full bins are collected by, or can be handed in through, your local council's clinical-waste service or a pharmacy take-back scheme; your council website or pharmacist will confirm which applies where you live. We stock 1 and 2 litre bins.

How do I contact you?
