Shipping policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, dispatched and delivered by MediVerified, a trading name of RKCKMJ LTD.

This Shipping Policy should be read together with our Returns & Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

1. Who We Are

Trading name: MediVerified
Legal entity: RKCKMJ LTD
Company number: NI731628
Registered office: Unit 1, Belmont Business Park, 232–240 Belmont Road, Belfast, Northern Ireland, BT4 2AW

For shipping enquiries, please include your order number, full name, delivery address and a clear description of your enquiry.

2. Where We Deliver

MediVerified currently delivers to:

  • the United Kingdom;

  • Ireland; and

  • selected European destinations available through our website and checkout.

We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom or Europe.

Available destinations may change because of courier availability, product restrictions, legal or regulatory requirements, customs arrangements or operational considerations.

If a destination is not available at checkout, we are unable to accept an order for delivery to that destination.

The destinations presently available and MediVerified’s current advertised dispatch information are displayed on its website.

3. Courier Services

We normally use DPD for deliveries. We may use Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Evri or another suitable courier or fulfilment provider where necessary.

The courier used for an order may depend on:

  • the delivery destination;

  • parcel size or weight;

  • product type;

  • service availability;

  • delivery performance;

  • customs or border requirements; and

  • operational needs.

We may change the courier after an order has been placed where reasonably necessary, provided the replacement service is suitable for the order.

4. Dispatch Days

Orders are normally processed and dispatched on working days only.

For this policy, working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, public holidays, courier non-collection days and days affected by operational disruption.

We do not normally dispatch orders at weekends or on bank holidays.

5. Dispatch Cut-Off

Orders placed before 2:00 PM UK time on a working day are normally aimed for same-working-day dispatch.

To qualify, an order must normally be:

  • placed and paid for in full before the cut-off;

  • successfully processed;

  • in stock;

  • supplied with complete and accurate delivery information;

  • cleared through any payment, fraud, address or destination review; and

  • packed before the relevant courier collection.

Same-day dispatch is an aim and is not guaranteed.

Orders placed after the cut-off, or after the courier has collected, will normally be processed on the next working day.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we have received the order. It does not mean the parcel has been dispatched. Dispatch occurs when the parcel is handed to the courier and a dispatch confirmation is issued.

6. Delivery Estimates

UK and Ireland orders are usually delivered within approximately one to two working days after dispatch.

Delivery to selected European destinations may take longer. The available service and any estimated delivery timeframe will be shown at checkout or in the order information.

Delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

Delivery may take longer because of:

  • courier delays;

  • remote, rural, island or offshore routing;

  • adverse weather;

  • public holidays;

  • strikes or network disruption;

  • customs or border checks;

  • failed delivery attempts;

  • incorrect or incomplete address information;

  • recipient unavailability; or

  • events outside our reasonable control.

Where no separate delivery timeframe has been expressly agreed, applicable consumer law ordinarily requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days. Statutory remedies remain available where an order is not delivered within an agreed or legally required timeframe.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Charges may vary according to:

  • destination;

  • courier service;

  • parcel size or weight;

  • order value;

  • delivery speed; and

  • any promotional shipping offer.

Free or discounted shipping may be offered from time to time. Any applicable threshold or restriction will be stated on the website or at checkout.

Promotional shipping offers may be changed, suspended or withdrawn, but this will not alter an order that has already been accepted on the stated terms.

8. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be sent after dispatch.

Tracking information may be provided by email, Shopify notification, courier notification or another delivery-update service.

Tracking may not update immediately after a parcel is collected. Customers should monitor tracking and respond promptly to:

  • delivery instructions;

  • missed-delivery notifications;

  • collection requests;

  • address queries; and

  • requests from the courier.

Please contact us if tracking has not updated for an unusual period or the parcel has not arrived within its estimated delivery timeframe.

9. Delivery Address and Contact Information

Customers are responsible for checking that their delivery address, postcode, email address and telephone number are complete and accurate before placing an order.

This includes providing any necessary:

  • flat, apartment or unit number;

  • building name;

  • business name;

  • access information; and

  • local telephone number.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact support@mediverified.com immediately.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed, labelled, packed or handed to the courier.

Where an order is delayed, returned or requires redelivery because the customer supplied incorrect or incomplete information, reasonable additional delivery costs may be charged where permitted by law.

10. Failed Delivery, Safe Places and Non-Collection

If the recipient is unavailable, the courier may:

  • attempt redelivery;

  • deliver to a neighbour or nominated safe place;

  • leave the parcel at a pickup point;

  • hold the parcel at a depot; or

  • return it to MediVerified.

Customers are responsible for monitoring courier updates and collecting parcels within any stated collection period.

Where a customer expressly asks the courier to deliver to a particular safe place, neighbour, reception desk, concierge, mailroom, parcel shop or pickup point, that person or location may be treated as the customer’s nominated delivery option, subject to applicable law.

If a parcel is returned because of refusal, non-collection, an inaccessible address or incorrect customer information, we may offer redelivery after any reasonable additional shipping charge has been paid.

Alternatively, the order may be refunded after it is returned to us. Any lawful deduction for direct delivery, return or loss-of-value costs will depend on the circumstances and the customer’s applicable statutory rights.

11. Delivery Completion and Passing of Risk

For consumer orders, the goods normally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of:

  • the customer; or

  • another person identified or nominated by the customer to receive them.

An exception may apply where the customer independently appoints a carrier that was not offered or arranged by MediVerified.

For business orders, delivery will normally be completed when the parcel is delivered to the business address, reception point, mailroom, nominated recipient or other delivery location authorised for the order.

A tracking status by itself will not prevent us from investigating a genuine report of non-delivery. Delivery photographs, GPS information, signatures, safe-place instructions and other courier evidence may be considered as part of that investigation.

12. Delivery Delays

We will take reasonable steps to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, but occasional delays can occur.

Please contact us if an order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe. We will review the tracking and, where appropriate, raise an investigation with the courier.

A short courier delay does not automatically create an immediate entitlement to a refund or replacement. However, nothing in this policy affects a customer’s rights where:

  • delivery has not occurred within an expressly agreed essential timeframe;

  • we have refused or failed to deliver;

  • the statutory delivery period has expired; or

  • another applicable legal right to cancel has arisen.

13. Missing and Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived, contact support@mediverified.com and provide:

  • your order number;

  • your full delivery address; and

  • any relevant tracking information.

We will investigate directly with the courier. Customers will not be required to resolve a lost-in-transit claim with the courier themselves.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost before delivery, we will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund.

Where tracking states that a parcel has been delivered but the recipient cannot locate it, we may ask the customer to check:

  • the nominated safe place;

  • household members;

  • neighbours;

  • reception or mailroom staff;

  • a concierge; and

  • any courier pickup point.

We may also request information required by the courier’s investigation.

14. Damaged Parcels and Incorrect Orders

If a parcel arrives damaged, opened, visibly compromised or contains an incorrect item, contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

For visible transit damage, we ask that customers notify us preferably within 48 hours. This helps us preserve evidence and submit a timely courier claim, but it does not remove or reduce statutory rights merely because the issue was reported later.

Please provide:

  • the order number;

  • photographs of the outer packaging;

  • photographs of the courier label;

  • photographs of the inner packaging;

  • photographs of the damaged, incorrect or compromised product; and

  • a description of the problem.

Please retain the products and packaging until we confirm whether they are required for inspection.

Do not post used, contaminated, exposed or potentially hazardous syringes, needles, swabs, sharps containers or other medical supplies back to us. Contact us first for safe instructions.

15. European Delivery, Taxes and Customs

Delivery is available only to selected European destinations shown at checkout.

Any delivery charges and taxes collected by MediVerified will be shown during checkout.

Where import duties, local taxes, customs fees or courier charges may apply and are not collected by us, the recipient may be responsible for paying them. Whether such charges arise depends on the destination, order and applicable arrangements.

European orders may occasionally be delayed by border processing, customs checks, local delivery procedures or requests for additional recipient information.

Customers are responsible for supplying any information reasonably required to complete delivery and for ensuring that the products ordered may lawfully be received at the delivery destination.

16. Orders We Cannot Dispatch

We may delay, refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where:

  • payment cannot be verified;

  • fraud screening identifies a material concern;

  • stock is unavailable;

  • the delivery address is incomplete or unverifiable;

  • the courier cannot serve the destination;

  • shipping the product would breach a carrier restriction;

  • the destination has relevant legal or regulatory restrictions; or

  • fulfilment would be unlawful or unsafe.

Where we cancel an order before dispatch, the amount paid will normally be refunded to the original payment method.

17. Changes to Shipping Services

Courier availability, delivery areas, shipping charges, dispatch times and available services may change.

Where a selected service becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:

  • use a suitable alternative courier;

  • contact the customer;

  • delay dispatch;

  • offer another delivery option; or

  • cancel and refund the order.

Any action will be taken in accordance with the customer’s applicable legal rights.
